Problems for the No. 23 Alex Job Porsche and No. 6 PTG BMW allowed them to move up to second at the checkered flag. |

Randy Pobst and Christian Menzel were classified third in GT. A full course yellow caused them to finish one lap behind the second place Schnitzer BMW. The pair started fifth in the Alex Job prepared Porsche GT3RS. |
| Hans Stuck qualified third in the PTG BMW M3 GTR. Stuck was able to maintain this spot during his stint. However, the car was suffering from overheating and electrical problems. The BMW stopped on course while Boris Said was at the wheel. However, they were able to get the car restarted and finished seventh in GT. |

The No. 42 BMW M3 GTR was qualified and started by JJ Lehto. Lehto was able to get around pole sitter Sascha Maassen at the start and take the class lead. He and co-driver Jorg Muller never looked back on their way to the GT category victory. |
| The second PTG BMW M3 GTR was shared by Nic Jonsson and Peter Cunningham. The pair qualified sixth in the GT category. After a slow start they moved up to a fourth place finish in class. |

Sascha Maassen was the fastest qualifier in the GT class driving the No. 23 Alex Job Porsche GT3RS. Maassen was passed by JJ Lehto at the start but ran second in the early part of the race. Maassen's teammate Lucas Luhr was running third in class when he had a halfshaft failure late in the event. |
